Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online casino made available at 22ricky-aussie.com ("22 Ricky Casino") and your use of all related products and services (collectively, the "Services").   • User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website and/or creates an account to use the Services.
  • Account means a personal user account registered on the Website, identified by a unique username or e-mail address and protected by a password and/or additional authentication measures.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • You may create and use an Account only if:

  • By registering, you expressly confirm and warrant that:
    • you are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity;

KYC, Verification and Ongoing Monitoring

    • requesting proof of address (e.g. recent utility bill, bank statement);

  • If you do not provide requested documents or information, or if the Operator reasonably suspects that documents are forged, altered or inconsistent, the Operator may:

    • block or close your existing Account, and/or

User Obligations and Account Security

  • You must:
    • provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the Services;
    • promptly update your details if any information changes;
    • keep your password, two-factor authentication and any other login details strictly confidential; and
    • immediately notify customer support at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.
  • You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your Account, including all Bets placed and all transactions made, whether or not authorised by you, unless the Operator has failed to apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures such as 128-bit SSL encryption.
  • You may hold only one (1) Player Account on the Website. Multiple or duplicate Accounts may be closed, and Bonuses or winnings associated with such Accounts may be cancelled or forfeited.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • All games available on 22 Ricky Casino are supplied via reputable providers (e.g. SoftSwiss platform and associated studios) and are operated in accordance with their published rules and random number generator (RNG) principles.
  • To place a Bet:
    • you must be logged into your Account,

Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions

    the Operator may declare the Bet void and:

  • If you disconnect from a game after placing a Bet, the result may still be generated by the game server. On reconnection, you may view the outcome in the game history or transaction log where available.

Types of Games and Fair Use

    Bonus Terms

    General Bonus Conditions

    • Bonuses, including welcome offers, reloads, free spins, cashbacks, tournaments or loyalty rewards, are subject to:
      • these general Terms, and
      • the specific rules and conditions stated on the promotion page, in e-mails, or other promotional materials (collectively, "Bonus Rules").
    • In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Bonus Rules, the specific Bonus Rules will prevail for that promotion to the extent of the inconsistency.
    • Bonuses are intended for recreational play by a single Player. The Operator may restrict or cancel eligibility where it has a reasonable basis to suspect bonus abuse, syndicate play, arbitrage, matched betting, or other non-recreational strategies.

    Bonus Activation and Wagering

    • To activate most Bonuses you may need to:
      • enter a promo code during deposit,
      • meet a minimum deposit requirement (for Australian Players typically between AUD 20 - 30 depending on the specific offer), and/or
      • claim the Bonus within a specified timeframe after registration or deposit.
    • Unless otherwise stated in the Bonus Rules:

    Deposits

    Withdrawals

    • Before processing a withdrawal request, the Operator may:
      • carry out KYC checks (as described above);

    • Withdrawals will normally be processed via the same method used for deposit where technically possible, otherwise via an alternative method selected by the Operator (e.g. bank transfer or crypto).

      • up to AUD 15,000 per month,

      Fees, Verification and Payment Restrictions

      • The Operator does not generally charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, it reserves the right to:
        • impose a reasonable processing fee for excessive withdrawal requests or dormant Accounts; and/or

        Refunds of Bets and Bonuses

        • Real-money Bets are final once accepted and cannot be cancelled by the Player. The Operator may only refund stakes where:
          • a technical error, malfunction or game fault has occurred; or
          • the Operator, acting reasonably, deems that a Bet should be void in order to preserve fairness and compliance.

        Limitation of Liability

        Operator Responsibilities

        • The Operator undertakes to:

          • use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including 128-bit SSL encryption (for example via Cloudflare certificates), to protect the security of data transmitted between your device and the Website; and

        Exclusions and Limitations

        • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and the Operator does not guarantee that:
          • the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components; or
          • defects will always be corrected immediately.
        • The Operator shall not be liable for:
          • any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials or device;

          • any errors in transmission, data corruption, or technical issues outside the Operator's reasonable control; or

        • In any case where the Operator is found liable to you in connection with a specific Bet or game round, its maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed:
          • the amount of the Bet or stake placed by you in relation to that specific game round; or
          • where no Bet was placed, the total amount of funds in your Account at the relevant time, whichever is lower.

        Australian-Specific Notice

        Privacy & Data Protection

        • By registering an Account and using the Services, you acknowledge that the Operator will process your personal data (including identity, contact, transactional and behavioural data) for purposes including:
          • providing and operating the Services;

          • performing KYC checks and payment processing via Dama N.V. and Friolion Limited; and
          • conducting risk management, security monitoring and customer support.

        Changes to Terms

        • The Operator may amend, update or replace these Terms from time to time, for reasons including:
          • changes in applicable laws, regulations, licensing or regulatory guidance (including developments relating to ACMA or the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth));
          • changes in payment methods, game offerings, technical infrastructure or security measures; and
          • correction of errors or clarification of existing provisions.
        • Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include:

          • sending an e-mail to your registered address; or
          • requiring you to accept the updated Terms upon your next login.
        • The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice or, if not specified, when they are published on 22ricky-aussie.com.

          • contact customer support to request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining eligible funds, subject to these Terms.
        • Your continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

        Termination & Suspension

        Termination by the Player

        • You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected].
        • Upon receipt and processing of your request:
          • your Account will be closed or, where requested and supported, self-excluded for a defined period; and
          • the Operator will, subject to KYC completion and these Terms, pay out any remaining eligible real-money balance to you via an agreed payment method.

        Suspension and Termination by the Operator

        • The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:
          • you have breached these Terms, Bonus Rules or other policies;
          • you have provided false, misleading or incomplete information;
          • you are involved in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, payment chargebacks, collusion, cheating or other unlawful or improper conduct;
          • you have opened multiple or duplicate Accounts;
          • you have used abusive language or engaged in threatening or offensive behaviour towards staff or other Players; or
          • continuation of the Account poses regulatory, legal or reputational risk to the Operator.
        • During suspension, you may be unable to:
          • log in or access your Account;
          • place Bets or participate in promotions; or
          • withdraw funds, until the matter is investigated and resolved.
        • Upon termination:
          • the Operator will, subject to legal and regulatory obligations and any rights of set-off, pay out any remaining real-money balance that is not connected with fraud or breach of these Terms; and
          • Bonuses, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may be cancelled where termination is due to your breach or unlawful conduct.

        Dormant and Inactive Accounts

        • If your Account has not recorded any login activity for a period defined in the Operator's internal policy (for example, 12 consecutive months), it may be classified as dormant.
        • Dormant Accounts may be:
          • subject to reasonable administrative fees, where permitted by law, and/or
          • closed after prior notice if there is no remaining balance.
        • If you return after your Account has been closed due to inactivity, you may need to re-register and complete KYC again.

        Governing Law & Jurisdiction

        • These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, your use of the Website or the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
        • Subject to any mandatory provisions of law that apply, you agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitral tribunals in Curaçao, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts or tribunals.
        • Nothing in this clause limits:
          • the Operator's right to bring proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, including in your country of residence, where permitted by law; or
          • your rights under any mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
        • As an Australian Player, you acknowledge that:
          • Australian law, including the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), may affect how you can access and use offshore gambling services; and
          • you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with any such applicable Australian laws.
